Foster Keeper

Foster Keeper is a web-based application designed for one or more Foster Coordinators who work for animal shelters and/or animal rescue organizations. It enables them to register, manage, and communicate with Foster homes and Volunteers more effectively and efficiently while providing excellent personalized customer service, saving time, and saving more lives.

Architecture

The RoR (API only) framework is used for the backend of the application, and Angular is used for the front end. User data has been stored using Postgres. Additionally, data from PetPoint and ShelterLuv's API endpoints are saved in FosterKeeper.
