The J-23-01 batch, conducted from January 30 to May 1, 2023, included 25 trainees and centered on the theme of "From Learning to Industry-Ready Skills." This batch focused on developing the skills necessary for trainees to excel in the software development industry. The curriculum covered Python, QA, and Ruby on Rails, and was designed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industry needs. Led by stack specific mentors, trainees participated in structured learning that combined technical training with problem-solving exercises. Mentors provided regular feedback, ensuring continuous development and guiding trainees toward becoming industry-ready professionals.
