The J-24-11 traineeship batch at Bajra Technologies, held from November 11, 2024 to February 7, 2025, consisted of 23 trainees. The theme for this batch was centered around “Future-Ready Tech Leaders.” The program provided trainees with hands-on experience, working alongside skilled mentors in areas like software development and project management. It was designed to help participants sharpen their problem-solving abilities, develop coding skills, and gain a deeper understanding of industry practices. Through engaging activities and collaborative projects, they enhanced their practical knowledge and were equipped with the tools needed for future career success. By the end of the program, the trainees were ready to apply their newly acquired skills to new opportunities in the IT field.
