End-User License Agreement

Developed and owned by Bajra Technologies LLC. (Licensor), the BizOS Companion Application is designed to seamlessly integrate with existing BizOS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System, providing a user-friendly interface for accessing dashboard with analytics, managing different forms of approvals and creating requests (BizOS Companion). By downloading and using this application, the User agrees the following;

1. Acceptance    

    a. The User shall be bound by this agreement once they sign up for BizOS Companion services.     b. BizOS Companion provides its services in an “as is” and “as available” basis;     c. The User is expected to understand that the use of services provided by BizOS Companion is at their sole risk. BizOS Companion disclaims all warranties of any     kind,     expressed or implied regarding the website/app and its content, hardware, software, links, merchantability, title, accuracy, timeliness, compatibility, security,     non-    infringement and virus.     d. BizOS Companion will not be liable for any direct or indirect, special, punitive, incidental damages or losses for goodwill, lost profits, data or any tangible and     intangible losses.     e. BizOS Companion shall not be responsible for any inconvenience or losses of any kind due to the failure or downtime of the server it is hosted in.

2. Personal Information and Confidentiality   

    a. The User agrees to supply necessary information as required by BizOS Companion.     b. BizOS Companion ensures that the personal information provided by the User, whatsoever shall remain confidential within BizOS Companion authority.     c. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, for all the activities that occur in their account.     d. BizOS Companion shall not be responsible for any third-party interference.

The User agrees to notify us of any unauthorized account use at info@bajratechnologies.com.

The User acknowledges that the Licensor is the sole owner of the BizOS Companion and all portions thereof (Intellectual Property).

5. Restrictions on Use

The User acknowledges that they shall not sell, lease, or copy the technology, use the app to facilitate illegal activity, or reverse engineer.

6. Fees and Payments

If the User subscribes to BizOS Companion services, the User then agrees to pay for the services via a payment gateway affiliated with BizOS Companion. It is the User’s responsibility to read and abide by the payment gateway policies.

7. Indemnification

The User indemnifies and holds harmless the Licensor/BizOS Companion of any liability to third party, legal or financial, arising out of error or negligence of the User or their representatives.

8. Waiver and Severability

Waiver or failure by the User to exercise in any respect any right provided for in the Agreement will not be deemed a waiver of any further right under this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect.

9. Third party applications integrated with BizOS Companion

BizOS Companion has integrated third party applications. There might be more third party integrations with BizOS Companion. It is the User’s responsibility to read and understand the third party terms.

10. Termination  

This agreement (and the User’s subscription of BizOS Companion) will terminate immediately and automatically if; the User or any employee of the User or person authorized by the User to use the Software and/or Documentation breaches any provision of this agreement or upon any termination of the User’s Subscription to the Platform.

11. Governing Laws  

This agreement will be governed, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the relevant jurisdiction of the Licensor.

12. Terms of Services  

User hereby agrees to the Terms of Service of BizOS Companion spelled out in a separate document to follow.

Privacy Policy

1. Personal Information and Security

During the registration we request the User to provide us their name, email address and contact details. They will also be asked to choose a unique Username and a password, which will be used solely for the purpose of providing access to their BizOS Companion account. 

2. Account Usage Details

The Account Usage Details, for example, time, recurrence, term and example of utilization, elements utilized and the measure of capacity utilized will be recorded by us in order to improve the User’s experience of the administration and to help us give the User the most ideal administration.

3. Children Online Privacy Protection

BizOS Companion does not provide any kind of services to or receive information from children under the age of 16.

4. Credit Card Information

In case of services requiring payment, BizOS Companion requests credit card or other payment account information, which will be used solely for processing payments. We do not store credit card information since we use third-party services to process payments, however, we do store User’s billing information for invoicing   

5. Comunication from BizOS Companion

The User may receive letters, email, SMS, call from BizOS Companion. BizOS Companion will cease to send any communication once the User account is deleted from the website. 

6. Notifications

Any progressions to the BizOS Companion Privacy Policy will be posted on our sites so as to keep the User educated of any adjustments in nature of data gathered, way of accumulation, utilize and sharing of data. The User shall not be notified of minor changes to the BizOS Companion Privacy Policy. .
