How can I apply?
You can apply through our website's career page or the trainee page. You can also do it through Jobseekernepal.com. As a last option, you can send us an email with your CV attached and the traineeship you are applying to mentioned.
Is it a paid traineeship program?
Yes, trainees are paid throughout the traineeship.
How many people are going to be involved?
We are aiming to have a batch size of 15-20 individuals.
What is the primary focus of the program?
It is to guide you through complex topics such as AI, ROR, Python, Angular/Ionic, dotnet, PM, Database, UI/UX , Motion Design and many more.
When does the traineeship program start?
The program starts on May 14, 2024. It will be for three months. After that, there will be a new batch of trainees every three months.
Can I take a break if I have any exams during the traineeship program?
If exams are lined up, we suggest you apply to the upcoming traineeship program. We don't offer leaves during these three months.
Do I need my own devices?
Yes, you will require your device during the traineeship program.
What kind of project will I find myself doing during the traineeship program?
You will solely be learning stack for the three months. You will be required to submit your project at the end of the training. And if you continue as a Senior Trainee, you will get to work on projects.
What kind of questions can I expect in the Test?
It involves general basic programming and database questions. That will be for around one hour.
What can I expect during the interview?
We just want to know you a little better. Maybe the conversation will revolve around your skills, your personality, and how well you will fit in our space.
What are the further opportunities at Bajra?
After the rigorous traineeship period, our team will analyze your performance. If you meet the Bajra standards, we will offer another three months senior traineeship program. Furthermore, Bajra hires the best candidate from the pool as Associate Level and then as a Software Engineer.
What kind of work experience do I need to have?
There aren’t specific work experience requirements. But, you will always have an upper hand if you have experience.
What are supporting documents required while filling out the application?
You will be required to submit your CV along with any project or GitHub links that you have done.
Does Bajra accept spontaneous applications?
Yes, if you are being referred by someone at Bajra.
Are the trainees entitled to annual leave?
No, the trainees aren’t entitled to annual leave.
In which language should I submit my application and CV?
It should be in English.
Application Procedure
Steps in the application process.
Step 1: Register
To begin your application process, you must register from our website either from Bajra Careers or by dropping your CV on the Traineeship page.
Step 2: Fill out & submit your application
Just fill out and submit the completed application form. We will get back as per our scheduled course timings. You can check in our courses section.
Eligibility
What is the minimum requirement?
Anyone who is an enthusiastic learner looking for a learning platform can apply!
Is there an age limit for applying?
No, Bajra is open to all age groups. The only criterion is that you need to be an enthusiastic learner.
Can I apply again if my application isn't selected?
Yes, you can apply in the next phase of the application process. It reoccurs every three months.
Selection Process
What should be done after I am selected from the application process?
After the application process is complete, we have two rounds that you'll have to qualify:
Test: It involves basic programming questions. That will be for around 1 hour.
Interview: After you qualify for the test, there will be one round of interviews with the Bajra team.
What does the time commitment scenario look like?
It is a full-time traineeship program. We are open from 8 am to 8 pm, out of which you are required to have a log time of 8 hours.
Is it a full-time in-person program, or do we have the option to WFH?
We only have the in-person option available for trainees.
When can I expect to hear from Bajra after I initially send my application?
After sending your application, expect to hear within the upcoming two weeks.
What are the critical dates for the selection process?
These dates vary according to the course that you will be applying for. Please refer to the courses section for it.
