Primary Responsibilities
- Working on a live project.
- Provide support for development and modification of enterprise applications.
- Following clean code principles and test-driven development.
- Learning to lead and work with a professional team.
- Improving the quality of one's work.
- Learning to set and meet expectations.
Job Structure
- Reports To: Senior Management
- Work Schedule: 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday
- Compensation: Salary and Incentives, Negotiable
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in Web Development using Ruby on Rails.
- Database design and development using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other databases.
- Knowledge in web-based charting and mapping tools like d3.js, chart.js or other is preferred.
- Should be a strong team player working closely with other team members to ensure quality of product.
- Good leadership skills with self-learning capabilities.
- Good written & verbal communication skills.
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas.
- Constant drive for learning and improving yourself.
- Professional presence is required.
