About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to business clients, with significant field engagement. You will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to expand our client base, strengthen existing relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Promote and sell company products by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet prospective and existing clients.
  • Present products and solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the SLT team to plan and achieve sales objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
  • Prepare and submit basic sales reports, progress updates, and forecasts to management.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely closure of deals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales (B2C experience is an added advantage).
  • Willingness and ability to perform regular field visits and travel as required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset with strong motivation to achieve results.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience in the education sector (schools, colleges, training institutes) and/or ISP or technology-related services.
  • Familiarity with institutional sales cycles and decision-making processes.
    Existing network within educational institutions or corporate clients (an advantage).
