Primary Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality written content for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing materials.
- Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance in content creation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Edit and proofread content to maintain a consistent voice and style.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance content effectiveness.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather insights and information for content development.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
Job Structure
- Reports To: Senior Management
- Work Schedule: 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday
- Compensation: Salary and Incentives, Negotiable
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content writing, preferably in a technology or startup environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to produce engaging content tailored to different audiences.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
