ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will prepare and check data used by our AI systems. Work includes listening to audio and typing transcripts, cleaning and organizing text, and reviewing AI-generated output for accuracy. 

No AI or coding experience needed. We will train you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Listen to Nepali and English audio and type accurate transcripts.
• Type and clean text in Nepali Unicode and English.
• Write and review question–answer pairs used to train and test our AI models.
• Check AI-generated text or transcripts and correct mistakes.
• Label and categorize text and audio according to written guidelines.
• Keep records of completed work in our internal tools.
• Meet daily targets for volume and accuracy.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• +2 or Bachelors in any subject
• Excellent written Nepali - correct spelling and grammar
• Good English - reading, writing, and understanding spoken English
• Fast and accurate tying in Nepali Unicode (not Preeti) and English
• Basic computer skills: Google sheets or excel, and willingness to learn new tools.
• Strong attention to detail and patience for repetitive, focused work.
• Able to follow written guidelines consistently
• Able to keep client data and recordings confidential.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in transcription, subtitling, proofreading, or content writing.
• Knowledge of other Nepali languages or dialects (Maithili, Bhojpur, Awadhi, Newar, Tamang, Doteli)
• Interest in how AI language models are built.
