Primary Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web.
- Content Creation: Help create engaging content for social media, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Social Media Management: Support social media scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.
- SEO & SEM: Assist with basic SEO tasks and support PPC campaign management.
- Analytics: Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
Job Structure
- Reports To: Senior Management
- Work Schedule: 40hrs/week, Monday-Friday
- Compensation: Salary and Incentives, Negotiable
- Training: Work on hands-on projects, and learn various digital marketing tools and techniques with full guidance from the team.
- Evaluation: Performance will be assessed based on hands-on work and experience, with potential for full-time employment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of digital marketing, strong communication skills, and familiarity with digital tools.
- Experience: Internships or relevant projects are a plus.
