ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager to drive the delivery of our product line. You'll work day-to-day with a tight-knit, cross-functional team, and stay in regular dialogue with senior leadership, translating business goals into a clear plan and keeping delivery on track.
This is a role for someone who's comfortable owning the full delivery cycle on a small, fast-moving team, and who's genuinely curious about how agentic AI is reshaping the way software teams plan, build, and ship. If you like working close to both the product and the people building it, we'd love to hear from you.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, ensuring a clear understanding among stakeholders and project teams.
- Own project planning, timelines, milestones, and delivery for the product line, keeping scope, schedule, and quality in balance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, developers, QA, designers, and other cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive issue resolution to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and team health; surface issues early and drive them to resolution.
- Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality standards and business requirements before release.
- Provide regular progress updates, reports, and insights highlighting achievements, risks, and areas requiring attention.
- Continuously improve how we deliver including adopting agentic AI tools to streamline planning, reporting, requirement drafting, and backlog management, and adapting workflows as the team increasingly works alongside AI coding agents.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in managing and coordinating software development projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including comfort working directly with senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities.
- Solid working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- A genuine interest in how AI is changing software delivery, and a willingness to bring new tools and practices into how the team works.
WHAT WE OFFER
- Collaborative and learning-driven work culture
- Career growth and professional development
- Competitive salary and benefits
