END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Bajra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Licensor") for the use of the Lekhandas App ("Software"), a mobile application enabling users to use Nepali Speech-To-Text. Lekhandas App has a live audio speech-to-text feature and allowing the users to edit, copy, and paste Nepali text on various platforms. By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Softwar
1. LICENSE GRANT:
Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Software, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the Software and transfer the Software to any third party.
3. UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS
Licensor reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time. By continuing to use the Software after such changes, you agree to be bound by the updated Agreement.
4. USAGE AND DATA PRIVACY
The Software processes voice data to convert it into text. By using the Software, you consent to the collection and processing of this data for the purpose of providing the voice-to-text functionality and improving app performance.

The Software is provided "as-is" without any warranty, express or implied. Licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Software.
7. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the prevailing laws of Nepal.
By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
