Project Management Traineeship

The PM Trainee course offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the field of Project Management. The course covers key areas, including communication and knowledge sharing, observation of current PM processes and reporting, and dashboard presentation and project initiation.
Throughout the course, you will research various PM tools, explore different project management methodologies, and present your findings in a structured format. You will engage in group projects, working collaboratively to create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), roadmaps, and estimations for feature additions to IT products of your team's choosing. These hands-on assignments will allow you to apply your learning and gain a deeper understanding of the PM processes.
As part of the program, you will shadow an assigned PM to observe their daily tasks, participate in sprint planning sessions, and gain insights into the PMO dashboard, Project Charter, and meeting minutes. This practical experience will help you better understand the responsibilities of a Project Manager within an organization.
Finally, you will learn how to effectively present project dashboards and initiate new projects, ensuring that you have a well-rounded understanding of the complete project lifecycle.
