Popular Power

A unified monitoring platform for solar developers, asset managers and O&M providers — real-time site status, energy generation, alert management and an interactive site map. Angular and Ruby on Rails on AWS, with Sidekiq handling data processing. Ongoing since August 2024.

Flux Power

Flux Power manufactures lithium-ion battery packs for forklifts and industrial equipment, with a BMS handling cell balancing, charging and telemetry. Fleet customers had no way to measure pack health or see it reported. We built the health-calculation algorithm and the client-facing fleet monitoring and analytics interface on top of it — live telemetry surfaced as state of health, state of charge, usage cycles and charging behavior across a whole fleet, so managers can spot a degrading pack before it causes downtime. Reporting also feeds their SkyEMS energy optimization work, letting customers plan charging schedules and extend battery life.

Navajo Payment Platform

Navajo Power Home installs residential solar across the Navajo Nation and sells power pay-as-you-go: the meter runs while the account is in credit, so every customer needs to be able to pay and restore power themselves, at any hour, without a field visit. The portal lets a customer sign in with the account number printed on their solar unit and a 6-digit PIN, see the days of credit left, pay by card, and get the 14-digit code that restores service on the spot — plus paying ahead, settling arrears separately from new credit, stored cards with auto-pay, due-date reminders and downloadable receipts. It sits on top of Angaza and reconciles continuously, so a cash payment made to a field agent yesterday shows in the balance today.
